There are lots of firms that provide surveying services. Unlike many other firms we do what you ask us to do and if we can’t we’ll say so and suggest an alternative. That goes for everything we do.

Fees and Prices – We’ll always try to beat any genuine quote you’ve already received
This depends on the size and complexity of the project. Every instruction is different. Typically, our fees for The Homebuyer Survey & Valuation (HSV) and full Building Surveys range from £400 to £2,500 inclusive of VAT. Our fees for other professional work, such as Project Management, range between 7% and 12% of the contract sum and our hourly rate is very competitive.
