Formed in 2002 we are a leading independent firm of qualified Chartered Building Surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We operate in Watford, Amersham, Harrow, , Barnet, Ealing, Acton, Hammersmith, Fulham, Stanmore, Northwood, Pinner, Ruislip, Denham, Gerards Cross, Bushey, The Chalfont’s, Rickmansworth, Chorelywood, Beaconsfield, Uxbridge, Kenton and all Central London areas. As we aren’t involved in the sales chain by selling mortgages or insurance our clients receive impartial advice that will alert the buyer to the issues that will affect the building as an asset or home.

We undertake work for clients on a wide rage of building and construction types. Both residential and commercial buildings.
We offer a full range of surveying services including building surveys, homebuyer survey and valuations, dilapidations, diagnosing problems and defects with buildings, project management, planning applications, building regulations, party wall maters, boundary disputes, cyclical repairs and redecorations, aids and adaptations.
The senior director is Julian Wilson. He is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Chartered Institute of Building. He has 17 year Building Surveying experience working for London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, London Borough of Newham, Hunter and Partners and GVA Grimley working on both residential and commercial buildings.
