We provide a full architectural design service in support of our refurbishment, and project management skills. We are able to help clients of all types of buildings with their refurbishment and alteration.
Unlike some other firms we offer a complete service. For example we won’t obtain planning permission and then tell you to get someone else to sort out the party wall issues. There’s nothing worse than being left stranded with a half completed project, and that’s before you’ve started to build anything.
We provide the complete design and building service from start to finish:

During development of the design, we will negotiate with the Local Authority in order to smooth the path for the Planning and Building Regulation application.
