Once a project has been passed to us we ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Through our offices we answer queries from occupiers, check progress and the quality of work and authorise payments to the contractor.
You don’t have to use the managing agent’s surveyor. We can be appointed separately for each project and will work with your existing managing agents. As Chartered Building Surveyors we have specialist surveying and building expertise, something a great many managing agents’ surveyors don’t have.
At the feasibility stage of the project we can attend residents’ meetings to explain what is going to happen and answer any queries.
We work closely with the occupiers, building’s owners and managing agents to ensure works progress smoothly and are finished on time.
Through a regular cycle of decorations and repairs, we can ensure that your properties are maintained in good condition.
We keep our own list of contractors to ensure that priced tenders are returned and competitive prices are obtained. All the contractors on our list are Dulux approved.
Work included in the programme includes repairs to guttering, minor repairs to woodwork and render, as well as painting and decorations to all previously treated surfaces. Where further works are required to a property, we take all possible steps to integrate these within the programme. For example window replacement works where required can be carried out, in conjunction with the programme.
