The 2005/06 programme is now underway, with over 300 households having work carried out to their homes.
Work is carried out over the summer months and tenants are notified of their inclusion in the programme with a letter from the Trust and the relevant contractor. This is followed up at the completion of the works with a detailed Customer Satisfaction Survey, designed to gauge your opinion of the programme, to ensure that all requirements have been met, and that no further works remain outstanding
